Ismail Dalvie has been an Estate Agent in Cape Town since 1987; having passed The Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa exam in 1988 and started his own Estate Agency business in 1998.

Since then he has completed certification courses in Property Marketing, Commercial & Industrial Real Estate, as well as Business Broking. He has developed a high level of knowledge of the area & expertise in all aspects of the property market. He lives in Rylands, a suburb of Cape Town
